What a Play Pass Includes
A Play Pass will give you access to pre-book free and paid activities for all ages, access to the swimming pool, access to all entertainment Venues
How it works
Private letting guests can purchase a Play Pass and book activities, and restaurant tables, 12 weeks before the day of arrival. You can also use your Play Pass to book swimming sessions 4 weeks before arrival too. For example, if you are arriving on Saturday 20 May, you can book a swimming session from Saturday 22 April. And if you want to book a restaurant table or any activities, you can book from Saturday 25 Feb. For Play Passes a child is 4-15yrs and an adult is 16yrs+. Infants aged 0-3yrs old will not require a Play Pass. Play Passes will need to be purchased for all adults and children registered to arrive. If you wish to purchase passes when you arrive at the park, you can do so, and the same price will apply. Play Passes for any duration or arrival dates that do not coincide with a Haven holiday must be purchased on park, subject to availability.

Swimming - You can book up to 14 swim sessions for your break in advance. Booking opens 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Activities - Free activities and the ones you need to pay a little extra for can be booked 12 weeks before your arrival date.
Restaurants - You can either turn up and wait to be seated or you can pre-book a table up to 12 weeks before your arrival date.
Entertainment - The entertainment venue is first come, first served, so you just need to show your Play Pass to watch the entertainment.
If Play Passes are purchased after the booking window has opened, we cannot guarantee availability for swimming sessions or activities. Haven will not issue a refund if you no longer require the passes.
